EnCore Oil plc (‘EnCore’ or ‘the Company’)
Director/PDMR Shareholding
EnCore Oil plc announces that on 4 November 2009, Alan Booth, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 1,825,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 14.45p per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Booth now holds 8,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.71 per cent. of the issued share capital as at 4 November 2009.
Mr Booth does not intend to sell any further shares in the foreseeable future.
