Transaction in Own Shares
EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) announces that yesterday the Company bought back 8,092,793 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 14.5 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled.
Following cancellation, the Company will have 295,164,940 ordinary shares in issue.
