EnCore Oil plc (‘EnCore’ or ‘the Company’)
Director/PDMR Shareholding
EnCore Oil plc announces that on 28 October 2009, Eugene Whyms, Finance Director of the Company, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 14.45p per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Whyms now holds 7,400,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.42 per cent. of the issued share capital as at 28 October 2009.
Mr Whyms does not intend to sell any further shares in the foreseeable future.
