EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) announces the following changes to its Board of Directors.
Non–Executive Chairman, Mike Lynch has asked to step down from the Board with immediate effect, citing personal reasons. The Board has agreed to Mike’s request. Christine Wheeler has kindly agreed to assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
EnCore expects to announce the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director to the Board in due course.
Paying tribute to Mike Lynch, Christine Wheeler said:
