Blocks 113/29c and 113/30 were awarded as a traditional licence. These blocks lie adjacent to Walney Island on the Cumbrian coast.

The Merrow Prospect lies immediately adjacent to Walney Island and has target intervals within the Triassic and Permian Ormskirk and Collyhurst Sandstones.

The work programme for the block comprises acquiring existing 2D seismic and a drill or drop commitment within four years of award.

EnCore has a 50 per cent. equity interest in the blocks which are operated by Nautical Petroleum plc.
